We invite all fans of Jana Khokhlova and Sergei Novitski to the English version of website. The great work, which we would never have completed without the invaluable assistance of Anna Kondakova and Sophia Emelianenko has been finished. We hope that the new resource will be useful for fans and figure skating experts throughout the world. Welcome!

The test skates of Russian national figure skating team  will be held September 19 and 20 at Katok.ru arena and Ice Palace in Odintsovo respectively. Unfortunately, the tests are accessible only for specialists and invited spectators; therefore we will not be able to present you our new dances, as we planned before. But, maybe, it’s for the better – you will see the new performances fully prepared and in new costumes (at the tests we will skate in our old costumes) already at the tournaments.

Read in today’s issue of Sport Express newspaper a big talk of Yelena Vaitsekhovskaya with Alexander Svinin. His own sport career, work at T. Tarasova’s theater, subtleties of trainer’s work and the music for Olympic Free Dance of Yana Khokhlova and Sergei Novitski – in the traditional column  Tuesdays with Yelena Vaitsekhovskaya.

On the eve of the new season the LЁD magazine starts introducing athletes from Russian national team to its readers. The Figure Skating section in September issue presents a big interview with Yana Khokhlova and Sergei Novitski. You can see some shots from the photo shoot to this article in our Photoalbum.

This photos are not the only update of the Gallery. Thanks to photographers’ sympathy, we were able to fully update the album for  the season of 2007-2008 (separate thanks to David Carmichael for the shots from the Grand Prix series provided by him). Other sections also feature a lot of new items. Enjoy the viewing!

As we have already mentioned the off-season is full of updates in Yana Khokhlova – Sergey Novitsky lives. The offical site is joining the trend as we present you with a new design!

As you could see the «rennovation» includeы three major stylistic elements: a monogram, a skate and a «cross». The skate is self-explanatory, but two others require some clarification. Last autumn we held a contest among Yana and Sergey's fans for a monogram, which incorporates Latin letters Kh and N. The skater themselves have picked up the winner: Irina Zimfer from St. Petersburg. Now you could her work here as a part of the new design.

Dear friends! A mistake by a journalist of «Izvestia»'s daily (interview with Vyacheslav Zaitsev on July 8th) caused a bit of confusion. We would like to set your minds at rest and officially announce that couturier Slava Zaitsev creates costumes for only one ice dance team in Russia, Yana Khokhlova – Sergey Novitsky. The work on four sets of costumes has already begun. We hope that the continued collaboration with Vyacheslav Mikhailovich will not disappoint you in the upcoming season.
